Air Conditioning and heat pump (A/C mode) customers will be serviced in the Spring when temperatures reach above seventy degrees. Heating and heat pump (heat mode) customers will be serviced in the fall when the temperature gets a little cooler.

A service agreement runs from January to December.  Benefits of preventative maintenance vary by the age, type, and usage of each system.  We will send renewal notices at the end of each year.
